Flights to London

I would fly with Air New Zealand to get to London.

From the Air New Zealand safety video "Men in Black" I learnt these 3 things

  1. There is a life jacket in a hidden spot under your seat
  2. The All Blacks have pretty good voices
  3. You only inflate your life jacket as you get out of the plane
(I created my logo on Snapchat with Emoji)

My airline is called Hibiscus Hovers

United Kingdom. Summer Learning Journey

            United Kingdom

Hmm why did I choose the UK?... Ohh Maybe it’s because Big Ben stands tall there, and another thing they probably have many different varieties of tea, bacon butties and the best that there is the QUEEN!

I always thought that visiting England would be really cool. Things like bacon butties and where Fish and Chips where they originally came from really made me want to go over there and try some of my favourite foods in their home country.

  1. Tea has always been the nation’s favourite drink, so much that 165 million cups of tea are drunk every day
  2. 4real is a baby name banned in the UK
  3. Superman is also another name banned in the UK

Extension Reflection

Extension for 2015 is slowly coming to a close. I joined Extension halfway through the year. Ever since then it has been such an awesome experience.

I have loved the trip that I had a chance to go on, even though I only joined halfway through the year. Some of the trips. included going to Hobsonville Primary School for the GEGNZ Summit.

Learning about many things like copyright laws, Fair use and bioengineering. Getting into a small group and making our own song and going to Te Oro to record our song.

Many fun things have happened this year in Extension. I have really enjoyed the new learning experiences.
My favourite task from this year was probably the copyright and fair use task. I liked this task the most because it had to do with years before technology. So it was pretty cool to see how people did things back in the olden days.

I loved being in Extension this year, even though it was for only half a year. I learnt heaps of new things.    Can’t Wait For Next Year!!!
